Vortex flowmeter is a new type of flowmeter developed using the fluid Kalman principle. This series of flow meters has the characteristics of simple structure, strong reliability, high accuracy, good repeatability, wide flow and temperature range, small pressure loss, anti vibration, and anti-aging.

 

The flow meter is not affected by fluid temperature, pressure, viscosity, and composition within the specified Reynolds number range. The piezoelectric component is the key component for signal detection in the flow meter. The structure, shape, material, and physical properties of this component have a great impact on the performance of the TSF type flow meter. Hundreds of flow meters were assembled using imported German components and have been proven by users to meet the technical specifications of similar products in Germany. The indicators of this piezoelectric element are: piezoelectric number d ≥ 53 * 10C/N, dielectric constant ε ≈ 190, Curie temperature Tc ≈ 380 ℃, parallelism ≤ 5 μ.

 

Flowmeters can be widely used in industries such as oil fields, petrochemicals, light industry, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, urban water supply, and heating. This series of flow scoring integrated display and remote transmission display, output pulse signals or analog signals are used in conjunction with LCD large screen intelligent display instruments to achieve temperature, pressure, and flow display on the same screen, with multiple functions such as relay display, time accumulation, and historical data query for users to choose from.
