For pipelines with a diameter of DN20 or larger, the body and the triangular column are integrally cast. This approach minimizes the deformation of the measuring hole that might otherwise occur due to the welding of the triangular column, thus enhancing the stability of the vortex signal.
When it comes to pipelines with a diameter of DN40 or larger, the adoption of the Ice Dragon embedded structure significantly boosts the product's anti-interference ability.
The sensor signal conversion makes use of digital signal processing technology (DSP). This not only improves the detection sensitivity of the vortex signals but also enhances the seismic performance of the vortex flowmeters. It has a wide range ratio, with a low lower limit flow rate, achieving a range ratio of 17:1.
