Products Description
The four-wire radar level meter is a liquid level measuring instrument used in industrial production, which uses the principle of electromagnetic wave signals to achieve measurement. The main working principle is to use the emission and reception of high-frequency microwave signals, send them to the liquid level surface and reflect them back to the receiver, and calculate the height of the liquid level based on the time difference and transmission speed of the signal. The four-wire system means that it requires four wires for connection, two of which are used for power supply and two for signal transmission. Compared with other types of liquid level meters, the advantages of the four-wire radar level meter are high accuracy, wide application range, strong anti-interference ability, simple operation and high reliability. It is often used for liquid level measurement in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, oil and gas and other industries. Because it has a higher operating frequency and a shorter wavelength, it is particularly suitable for solid applications. The working method of transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves through lenses has unique advantages in high dust and harsh temperature environments (+200℃). The instrument provides flange or threaded fixing methods, making installation convenient and easy.
