A static pressure level gauge is a type of level gauge that determines the liquid level by measuring the static liquid pressure. The static pressure principle is used to determine the liquid level by measuring the pressure below the liquid. Therefore, no connected parts need to be moved during operation. The structure is relatively simple, the service life is long, the reliability is high, and the maintenance is simple. The static pressure level gauge consists of a pressure transmitter, a gas collecting pipe or a cable. When the liquid level rises, the liquid directly acts on the sensing diaphragm and transmits the pressure to the sensing diaphragm of the pressure transmitter. The pressure transmitter converts the liquid level into a standard signal output. The static pressure level gauge can be used for level detection of various liquid storage tanks, whether it is normal temperature or high temperature, low pressure or high pressure, corrosive liquid or flammable and explosive liquid. Therefore, the static pressure level gauge is widely used in petrochemical, chemical, electric power, medicine, light industry, food and other fields.
