The ultrasonic sludge interface meter/mud level meter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is an online mud water distance measuring instrument with a microprocessor. Measurement of sludge interface in sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, and sludge concentration tanks for sewage treatment; The mud level measurement of the sedimentation tank in the water plant, as well as the mud level measurement of the water supply plant (sedimentation tank), sand washing plant (sedimentation tank), and power plant (mortar sedimentation tank). The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: instruments (secondary instruments) and sensors (primary meters).

Precautions For Sensor Installation

1. The installation site should be installed as far as possible without vibration, fluctuation, foam, dust or strong electromagnetic interference;

2. The installation position selected for the sensor should be convenient for construction, observation, and maintenance;

3. Ensure that the sensor is installed vertically aligned with the measurement position;

4. The sensor installation must be below the liquid level;

5. There should be no obstacles within the 10 ° ultrasonic emission angle of the sensor to avoid generating erroneous echoes;

6. When there is strong vibration on the tank wall, rubber pads can be added between the tank mouth and the instrument to eliminate the impact of vibration;

7. When installing outdoors or outdoors, sunshade and rain shelter facilities should be installed;

8. The installation position of the sensor should try to avoid positions where the liquid level fluctuates violently, such as the inlet and outlet directly below;

9. If the pool wall or tank wall is not smooth, the instrument installation position should be as far away from the pool wall or tank wall as possible;

10. Protective pipes for wires and cables should be sealed to prevent water accumulation;

11. Avoid parallel laying of signal lines and power cables;

12. The shielding layer of the signal line needs to ensure good grounding, and the signal line needs to be protected by conduit
