The suspended solids sludge concentration meter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is an online water quality monitoring instrument with a microprocessor. Suspended solids sludge concentration meter/turbidity meter is an industrial online monitoring instrument designed to measure the concentration of suspended solids in influent and effluent turbidity of municipal sewage, industrial wastewater treatment processes, water plants, and other facilities. Widely used in water plants, power plants, sewage treatment plants, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, to accurately measure the concentration of various water samples.
Working Principle
The light waves sent by the infrared sensor transmitter can only reach the receiver after being absorbed, reflected, and scattered by the measured object during transmission. The transmittance of the transmitted light is proportional to the concentration of the suspended object being measured. The concentration of suspended sludge/turbidity is calculated by measuring the transmittance of the transmitted light.
