Insertion electromagnetic flow meters are used in various sectors of the national economy, such as industry, agriculture, water conservancy, environmental sewage monitoring, urban water supply, etc., to measure the flow rate and total amount of various conductive liquids.
Characteristics
The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter has the characteristics of both pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter and plug-in flowmeter, which include:
1. The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
2. Adopting advanced excitation technology, low power consumption, stable zero point, strong anti-interference ability, and good reliability.
3. No additional pressure loss, requiring a small length of straight pipe section.
4. The flow measurement range is wide, and the full range flow rate can be continuously and arbitrarily set within 1.0m/s-10.0m/s. The output signal is completely linear with the flow rate (flow rate).
5. The conversion display adopts a 16 bit high-performance microprocessor, with a 2x16 LCD display, convenient parameter setting, and reliable programming.
6. The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system, equipped with three integrators that can display the total amount of forward flow, reverse flow, and the difference between forward and reverse flow.
7. The conversion display has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, and Hart.
8. Suitable for large diameter pipelines, DN300-3000mm.
There are multiple materials available for the sensor body and electrodes.
10. Small in size, light in weight, easy to transport and install, capable of continuous maintenance and disassembly.
11. The price is cheap, and the larger the installation diameter, the higher the performance price ratio.
