Electromagnetic flow meter is a liquid flow meter composed of a magnetic circuit system, measuring conduit, electrodes, casing, lining, and converter. The display methods are divided into: split type electromagnetic flowmeter and integrated type electromagnetic flowmeter. Series nominal diameter DN15~DN3000.

 

Its advantage lies in its high measurement accuracy, as it is not affected by liquid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity; No moving parts, simple structure, easy maintenance; Can measure various conductive liquids, including pure water, sewage, acid-base solutions, mud, pulp, etc; Different electrodes and lining materials can be replaced according to different application scenarios to adapt to different dielectric characteristics and working conditions. In order to adapt to different application scenarios, electromagnetic flow meters can be achieved by replacing different electrode materials and electrode forms. The commonly used electrode materials include stainless steel, titanium, platinum rhodium alloy, tungsten carbon alloy, etc. The electrode forms include T-shaped insertion electrode, 90 ° cone angle insertion electrode, external insertion electrode, etc. In different working scenarios of electromagnetic flow meters, different electrode materials and forms can be selected based on the corrosiveness and wear of the medium to better adapt to measurement needs.
