Pressure type liquid level transmitter is a commonly used liquid level measuring instrument that uses the pressure of the liquid to transmit liquid level information and converts the liquid level signal into a standard electrical signal output. It is commonly used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, and water treatment. A pressure type liquid level transmitter generally consists of three parts: a pressure sensor, a conversion circuit, and an output circuit. The working principle is to use a pressure sensor to sense the static pressure on the liquid, convert the pressure of the liquid into a standard electrical signal, amplify, filter, and then convert it into a standard signal output, usually outputting an analog signal or digital signal of 4-20mA. Pressure level transmitters have the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, and high reliability, which can meet the measurement requirements of various liquids. However, it also has some drawbacks, such as being easily affected by temperature, pressure, medium, etc., and requiring appropriate calibration and maintenance.
