The MLSS meter, also known as the suspended solids (sludge) concentration meter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument), is an online water quality monitoring instrument with a microprocessor. The suspended solids (sludge) concentration meter is an industrial online monitoring instrument designed to measure the suspended concentration in the inlet and outlet of municipal sewage, industrial wastewater treatment processes, and water plants. The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: a secondary instrument and a suspended solids (sludge) concentration sensor (primary instrument). The sensor contacts the measured aqueous solution, and the instrument displays the concentration value, temperature value, and working status of the aqueous solution.

- Fully intelligent, multifunctional, with high measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability;
- Simultaneous display of multiple parameters, including concentration value, output current, time, and relay status;
- Two 4-20mA outputs, relay high and low alarm control outputs, cleaning outputs, RS485 communication outputs, and various variable outputs; RS232 upload function;
- Cleaning and maintenance are very simple, with calibration every three months;
- Using the four point calibration method to ensure measurement accuracy;
- Chinese/English menus are optional;
- Self set password: Users can set or modify their own password to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering and causing misoperation;
