Products Description

 

Open channel sewage flow meter is an instrument that calculates sewage flow rate by measuring the water level inside the open channel. It mainly consists of ultrasonic probes or radar probes and converters. Suitable for environmental protection, water management, channels and other fields, it can be used in places such as sewage treatment plants and urban drainage systems. It has the characteristics of simplicity, reliability, and accuracy, and can monitor and record flow data in real time, providing important references for engineering design and operation management.

 

The on-site calibration and calibration of this instrument are also very simple during installation. After the first installation, maintenance, and movement of the probe on site, the calibration of the flow meter is completed according to the "height setting" step. If there is a deviation in the flow rate, the "liquid level setting" menu can be used for calibration. The purpose of calibrating the liquid level is to ensure that the liquid level value measured by the instrument is consistent with the actual water level in the measuring weir groove. The best way to calibrate the liquid level is to ensure that the water level inside the measuring weir tank is exactly zero, and the liquid level displayed on the calibration instrument is also zero. In practice, it is not easy for the measuring weir to stop water. In this case, only the liquid level indication of the calibration instrument can be equal to the measured water level value of the measuring weir tank.
