The suspended solids sludge concentration meter is a device that uses an infrared sensor transmitter to transmit light waves that are absorbed, reflected, and scattered by the object being measured. Only a small portion of the light can be irradiated onto the receiver during transmission. The transmittance of the transmitted light is proportional to the concentration of the suspended solids being measured, and the concentration of suspended solids sludge is calculated by measuring the transmittance of the transmitted light. Widely used in water plants, power plants, sewage treatment plants, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, to accurately measure the concentration of various water samples. Water supply plant (sedimentation tank), paper mill (pulp concentration), coal washing plant (sedimentation tank), electricity (slurry sedimentation tank), sewage treatment plant (inlet and outlet, aeration tank, reflux sludge, initial sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, concentration tank, sludge dewatering).

The instrument panel can be embedded or wall mounted. The panel mounting hole is shown in Figure 1, with a size of 138 × 138mm. Insert the instrument into the square hole and fix it with the configured bracket. Wall mounted accessories can be installed according to the configuration or fixed with holes according to the size shown in Figure 1.
